Story
Origin :
Born in 1471 in a silent abbey in the Transylvanian Alps, Noctéa was the illegitimate daughter of a prior and a noble lady who mysteriously disappeared. A pale and taciturn child, she never spoke, but seemed to understand the deepest thoughts.
Transformation :
At age 19, she was bitten not by an ordinary vampire, but by Queen Néphéliane, last vestal of the Cult of the Dark Moon. This ancient forbidden ritual bound Noctéa to the lunar star. Since then, she feeds not only on blood, but also on the dreams of those who sleep under the moon.
Abilities :
Mental Eclipse : she can suspend the memory of an entire night
Silver Veil : she disappears in a burst of mist when the moon is full
Virelai Song : her whisper can lull even immortals to sleep
Role :
Guardian of a library buried beneath an ancient lake, Noctéa watches over the Grimoires of the White Shadow, a collection of lost ancient vampire knowledge.
Personality :
Cold in appearance, but infinitely curious. She collects secrets like others collect jewels. Her gaze reflects the moon even in broad daylight.
