Clause No. 1: Purpose
The general terms and conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of sunnyshop211 and its customer in connection with the sale of its products.
The sale is deemed concluded on the date the order is accepted or the immediate purchase is made by the seller.
Any order or immediate purchase implies full acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. These general terms and conditions of sale prevail over any other conditions, except those expressly accepted by the seller.
The buyer acknowledges having read and accepted these general terms and conditions of sale prior to their immediate purchase or placement of their order.
Clause No. 2: Price
Prices are firm and final. Unless otherwise expressly agreed in specific sale conditions, the prices are those listed in the price catalog on the date of the order.
The prices of the goods sold are those in effect on the date the order is placed. Prices are quoted in euros or dollars and are inclusive of all taxes (TTC). However, they do not include shipping costs applicable on the date of the order.
sunnyshop211 reserves the right to modify its pricing at any time. However, it undertakes to invoice the goods ordered at the prices indicated when the order was recorded.
Clause No. 3: Payment
Unless otherwise expressly provided in the specific conditions, payment is due in full at the time of ordering. No order can be processed without full payment at that date.
Payments made by the buyer will only be considered final after actual receipt of the sums due by the provider.
An invoice will be provided to the buyer upon request.
Clause No. 4: Down Payments
Down payments may be arranged; please contact me in this case.
Clause No. 5: Payment Methods
Payment for orders is made:
- either by credit card;
- or by PayPal
When confirming the order, the buyer must pay the full order amount.
For installment payments, the buyer is required to pay the full amount of the order by the end of the installment schedule. The order will only be shipped upon receipt of full payment.
Clause No. 6: Late Payment
In the event of total or partial non-payment for delivered goods by their receipt date, the buyer must pay sunnyshop211 a late penalty equal to three times the legal interest rate.
The applicable legal interest rate is the one in effect on the delivery date of the goods.
From January 1, 2015, the legal interest rate will be revised every 6 months (Ordinance No. 2014-947 of August 20, 2014).
This penalty is calculated on the total amount inclusive of tax remaining due, and accrues from the price due date without any prior formal notice being required.
In addition to late payment penalties, any sum, including any deposit, not paid by its due date will automatically incur a fixed compensation fee of 40 euros due as recovery costs.
Articles 441-6, I paragraph 12 and D. 441-5 of the French Commercial Code.
- Termination ClauseIf, within fifteen days following the enforcement of the "Late Payment" clause, the buyer has not settled the amounts due, the sale will be automatically terminated and may give rise to damages and interest payable to sunnyshop211.
Clause No. 7: Retention of Title
sunnyshop211 retains full ownership of the sold goods until the price has been completely paid, both principal and accessory costs. In this respect, should the buyer become subject to receivership or liquidation proceedings, sunnyshop211 reserves the right to claim, within the framework of the collective proceedings, the goods sold and remaining unpaid.
I only accept returns for defective items.
I do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact me at the email address below and provide details about the product and the defect.
I will then let you know how to return the product.

Return of Unopened Items:
I accept returns of new, unopened items. You may return unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase, with a receipt or proof of purchase. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, I cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale and personalized items are non‑refundable. Only non‑personalized items can be returned.

Exchanges
I only exchange goods that are defective or damaged.
If you believe a product is defective, please contact me within 14 days of purchase at the email address below and provide details of the product and the defect. I will then let you know how to return the product.

Clause 16: Intellectual Property
All technical documents, products, drawings, and photographs provided to buyers remain the exclusive property of sunnyshop211. sunnyshop211 is the sole holder of the intellectual property rights to these documents, and they must be returned upon request.
Buyers and customers agree not to make any use of these documents that could infringe upon the supplier’s industrial or intellectual property rights, and agree not to disclose them to any third party.
Clause No. 17: Competent Jurisdiction
Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these general terms and conditions of sale shall be governed by French law.
Failing amicable resolution, the dispute shall be brought before the Commercial Court of Louviers (27).
