Today, the house was gently filled with the smell of sugar and vanilla 🎂✨
While the little ones napped, Nala took advantage of the quiet to start on the traditional gingerbread house. A suspended, almost silent moment, when time seems to slow down a little, as if December were inviting us to take our foot off the gas.
Then Rachel arrived, attracted by the sweet smell and warm atmosphere. Together they baked the famous Christmas cupcakes: We mix, we taste, we start again... and the kitchen slowly comes to life, between laughter and little clumsinesses.
These are simple moments. Moments that don't resemble anything spectacular. But they also build up the most precious memories, without us even realizing it.
A real December Sunday.
Soon it will be time to think about Christmas dinner, take out the wrapping paper, ribbons and labels. Prepare the little surprises that will make your eyes shine on the big day.
But for now, we're still savoring those quiet Sundays, those timeless moments. Everything is slowly starting to take on the color of Christmas 🤍
At the end of the day, the table was covered with wrapping paper and ribbons.
The packages began to take shape, slowly and leisurely.
