THE GUARDIAN OF THE FERNS
In the most secret corners of the forest —
where light shatters into green shards —
a figure moves in silence.
Her amber eyes glow like embers beneath the leaves.
She is the Guardian of the Ferns, a wild, mysterious, and elusive doe.
Appearance:
Her antlers, darker and more angular than those of ordinary does, are marked with scars of ancient magic.
Her face bears the white traces of forest spirits, as if an invisible painter came to mark her role.
Her tousled hair, dark at the roots and then burned with light at the tips, testifies to her direct connection with flowers, sap, earth.
Her role:
She watches over places where humans never go.
Between the tall ferns, where the trees still speak.
She protects secret passages, places where magic still breathes, the sacred clearings where animals come to take refuge.
Temperament:
Wild.
Untamable.
And yet, incredibly wise.
She never truly sleeps — even still, she feels every vibration in the ground, every rustle of wings, every breath of wind.
Powers:
— She can vanish in the blink of an eye between two ferns.
— Her mere presence soothes injured animals.
— Plants grow taller in her wake.
— Trees lean slightly when she looks at them.
The Woodland Doe dreams.
Two sides of the same spirit:
— gentleness
— and the silent strength of nature.
